This Privacy Policy explains how Wealth Alliance Group (“WAG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the WAG Mobile App (the “App”).


Authorized Users Only

The App is intended for authorized WAG users only (approved agents, agency partners, and staff). The information and materials in the App are for authorized users only and are not intended for public distribution.


1) Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:


A. Information you provide

Account information:
Name, email address, phone number, agency/affiliation, and other details needed to verify access.

Profile information:
Photo, bio, preferences, and user settings.

Community content:
Posts, comments, replies, reactions, and content you submit within community areas.

Support communications:
Information you provide when contacting support.


B. Information collected automatically

Device & app data:
Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, language, time zone, and mobile identifiers.

Usage data:
Screens viewed, course engagement (such as progress/completion status), community interactions, feature usage, crash logs, and performance data.

Approximate location:
Inferred from IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location unless you enable it through device permissions).


C. Optional / permission-based information

If you grant permissions, we may collect:

Camera/photos (for profile images or uploads)

Push notification token (to send announcements, training reminders, and important notices)


2) How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

Provide and operate the App features (courses, communities, trainings, and agent resources).

Enable course access, track course progress/completion, and improve learning experience.

Facilitate community participation and maintain a safe, professional environment.

Communicate with you about updates, resources, events, and important notices.

Provide customer support and respond to requests.

Maintain safety and security (fraud prevention, troubleshooting, access controls).


3) Authorized-User Use Only and No Unauthorized Sharing

Information, training content, and resources in this App are intended for authorized users only.

We do not share user information with outside sources or unauthorized personnel.

Access to user information is limited to authorized WAG personnel and approved parties who need access to support, operate, or secure the App.


4) Limited Processing by Service Providers

To operate the App, WAG may use trusted service providers (such as hosting, messaging, and platform tools). When we use service providers:

They may process limited information only to provide services to WAG, and

They are required to protect the information and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of WAG and users.


5) Community Visibility

Community areas are designed for collaboration among authorized users. Depending on App settings and features:

Your name, profile, and posts/comments may be visible to other authorized users in the App.

Please do not post confidential information you are not authorized to share, or sensitive personal information.


6) Credentials and Account Protection

Your login is for your personal use only. You must not share your username/password or allow anyone else to access the App using your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.


7) Data Retention

We retain information as long as necessary to:

Provide the App and support authorized use,

Maintain operational, compliance, and security records,

Enforce policies and agreements.


8) Security

We use safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and using secure passwords.


9) Your Choices

You can:

Update certain profile information within the App (if available),

Manage push notifications through device settings,

Request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting us.


10) Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 and is intended for individuals 18+ (or the age of majority where you live).


11) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App and reflected in the “Last Updated” date.
